The main objective of “Building of the Year” National Contest is to acknowledge the achievements  of the Bulgarian architects, developers and investors by giving a professional and social evaluation for the most remarkable and successful realizations of real estate projects in Bulgaria.

“Building of the Year” contest was established in 2002 by “Stroitelstvo Gradat” weekly under the patronage of the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works with the support of architecture and engineering industry organizations.
